Thanked: 3New gillette safety.
Picked this up at an antique mall in Louisiana. Haven't seen this one before. For the price I couldn't resist.

The pic looked small on my screen and I wasn't sure. Wow what a find!

Thanked: 3Sorry about the pic. I'm on my phone. Was having trouble.
Only paid $6.40 for it.
Got a couple fat boy adjustables today too for $5.00 a piece. After a cleanup they will be just fine.

Thanked: 0Just to give you an idea of what you have there.... Its remarkable, I wouldn't try and clean the toggle with any polish at all in fear of plate loss.

Thanked: 3Holy cow. I didn't know it was that valuable. I figured around the $100 range. Not a bad investment. Best $6.40 I ever spent. Lol.

Yes those Gillette adjustables with a toggle are the 'Holy Grail' of Gillettes. Like I said Wow what a find. The fat boy adjustables are no slouches either. Yes that is the best $6.40 spent haha. Throw a blade in the toggle and take it for a test run. That Gillette is mythic!

I'll give ya $12.80 for it and I'll even pick up the shipping. Double your money now offer, haha. I'm sending this thread link to my brother. His jaw will drop.

Thanked: 3Haha. I'll hold onto this one for a little while. At least long enough to shave with it.
Places around here where my parents live don't know what they have. All kinds of gillettes can be had for $5-8 all day. I usually pick up a couple when we come visit. I've never resold any of them. I usually just clean them up and shave with them.
I figured this one was rare because I had never seen one. I didn't realize how rare though. Thanks for the info. You made my day.
