    Wow, very nice. And very interesting history from VoidM!

    Anytime I see a coffin box my heart starts to race - in my cases there inevitably has been something a little bit special inside.

    I agree that the finish is awfully clean, but I've never seen a crocus polish from the 1820's that didn't at least develop a bit of irregular darkening. It was good work if it was, in fact, worked.

    Hard to say whether the pins are original or not, again, if they were drilled out and replaced with brass it was very well done. I'd certainly be proud to own that razor!
