A 4oz bottle of Smith's Honing Solution
My mail is going the other way this week.
Last week a friend in Detroit sent me a lovely Wade Butcher 8/8 notched Barber blade to try (for sport only, not to purchase). It went back today. :(

And a pal in California (who co-moderates a pipe/cigar forum with me) asked me about getting started with straight shaving. He is an experienced wet shaver with oversized hands; I sent him a page of advice along with a 7/8 Kropp round point, a 3x18 piece of leather, some poly webbing and a 6/8 Abram Brooksbank Defiance round point today.

Some times you gets and sometimes you gives. :D
Bocote replacement scales for the 7/8 Hart Steel square point I bought last week :)
Received a Torrey and an Ever Ready SE razor that I won in an eBay auction for $10.50. The straight has a slight frown and a cracked scale. I think a previous owner did some excessive pin tightening. It is super tight. SE is a little beat up but I really wanted to try an SE. And for less than $15 including shipping I don't feel that I lost out.
Nothing........yet!! just got my mail from larry today...I keep stroking....everything!
I won't be sleeping for a couple nights waiting for some growth...had to shave yesterday before it showed up for fire practice!
One 8/8 Custom from Brian Brown
One tube of TOBS st james to try. Some preshave oil an a new dreadnaught shavette. Not sure how the dred will work but worth a shot.
Prairie Creations Rose Shaving Soap
I like it so much I bought a second on within two weeks lol. The first was a 7/8 polished square point with cocobolo scales, the second is the same blade except it's the satin finish with black scales. I just changed my mind about the scales so I ordered the replacement :)

As soon as I get it I will post detailed dimensions. I just know it turned out bigger than we originally spoke about and I know he used 0.1 lapping film for the last stage.
Think so dude I am very new to this only shaved a couple of times with a disposable straight edge.
Well hopefully it turns out well for you :) But I prefer my finishing to be done on stones. Best of luck though:gl:
A minty Ator 6/8 :) Slightly worried about the honing service on it, but the blade itself is v nice indeed
A new Wacker.
