Can anybody help with info on this razor?
I really like my ERNs and was fortunate to win this lovely Baby.
She was chipped up but it honed out nicely.
This is going to be a sweet shaver.
I've been unable to locate any info and would appreciate any details that you might have.
Thanks in advance guys.

The scales are absolutely not tortoise shell. Bakelite is a better guess, but without handling them, all I can really say is some kind of plastic (that isn't tortoise shell. ).
I'd guess later rather than earlier. I associate that style of decoration (gold wash on the blade, scale inlays, high-gloss tang) with 1920's.
That's also kind of a weird looking heel on the razor, that squared-off end. I don't know what to make of it. It's a shape I associate with fake razors, but I don't think that's fake. Let me reiterate: I really don't think that's fake. But it's weird all the same!-Zak Jarvis. Writer. Artist. Bon vivant.

I suspect underpants gnomes made it out of Pringles and then painted it silver.

It's a nice ERN. Celluloid, I think. I have seeen several which I deem to be counterfeit Crown and Swords. Seems ok. Hone it up and try it! Store with the blade open. That heel looks pretty sharp! I would round that off!
