Nice pickup on the MK 32s. That's a heck of deal you got there. I have an Ebay elert for "Heljestrand" listings, but this set flew under the radar because nowhere did the seller note that the blades where Helejstrands. It really goes to show that you can get a good deal when an auction is poorly described. Had the seller listed the auction as "Pair of Heljestrand MK 32s in ivory with case, excellent condition" there would have been a lot of bids.

Yes...I agree. the Florida pawnshop that listed these really were very nice in handling my order after the sale..They shipped them to me overnight so I will literally have them within hours. They turned down a request to do a Buy It Now from me prior to any bids for $350. I made the first bid on the razors at $288.88...a "place card" bid was made behind me...then a series of Nibbler bids. Going into the last 12 hours I was lead bidder at what happened to be the final sale price under $130. I emailed once more to see if they would accept $200 for a BIN. They declined and said I probably would get them cheaper. I thought "yeah right" these are going to $600. With 59 seconds to go I placed another bid atop my high bid of $588.88. It was not needed as ...3..2...1... You Won! I paid immediately and phoned them and requested Overnight shipping. Very nice British Gent named Karl handled everything. It should be noted that these were also in the Safety razor category vs Straights. All in all....of course I couldnt be happier.
