Shaving with that big girl was like getting my first dfs/BBS shave again. Pure magic. Effortless.

I am utterly sorry if I may seem a bit violent in my reaction. The blade itself is a thing of beauty, something I would definitely brag about had I the luxury of having something alike.
I LOVE it.
But these plain and bulky micarta scales, with torque screw ? Nope, nein, nyet, non, iie, that looks like vintage whiskey in a plastic bottle.
Sorry, I have been accustomed to other, more vintage-like, rescaling.Beautiful is important, but when all is said and done, you will always be faithful to a good shaver while a bad one may detter you from ever trying again. Judge with your skin, not your eyes.

The scales look like Carbon Fiber to me, and the screws are Torx. In the end, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. To each his own.

Thanked: 154Indeed, I should have put more emphasis on my post stating an opinion, and not a fact.

Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.
