    Great find! I like mine and it is a great shaver.
    Originally yours probably had almost straight horn scales with chamfered edges.

    There really aren't any true wedges. All razors of the type that we are familiar with have at least some hollow to them due to the curvature of the grinding wheels.

    Gave the edge a try today. I'd have to say that even after one use, this is one of my best shaving blades. IDK if it was the coticule or the profile of the blade or what but this razor is incredibly smooth and highly efficient. It went through everything effortlessly in the gentlest manner possible.If you come across one of Barber's blades I suggest you pick it up if it is in salvageable shape.
