Thread: Saturday shopping

Got some Queen Charlotte soap, alum block, (never had one before) and deodorant.
Wife likes the DE so she got a merkur 23C.
Got everything at Old Town Shaving in Pasadena thanks to a suggestion here. Real nice place and friendly people. Got a parking ticket but that's my fault
Can't wait to try that soap, I've heard good things about it. And I hope my wife like the Merkur.

Nobody parks in Pasadena without getting a ticket. I swear I saw them haul off a city water dept. truck when the guy went into a business for a second. They ticked my big rig and another for the trailer and we were working on that street. Had it closed and coned off. It's a racket I tell ya! Just enough parking for the mayor and the shop owners :<0) ((rant over))

Yeah there seems to be no inefficiency when it comes to taking your money. They are certainly on it...
