Newbieb and First Straight Razor

Hello all, decided at 62 to try and use a straight razor. Have gone from double edge through single edge cartridges and every goofy multi blade combo since I started shaving. Trying to get back to basics. I went back to a double edge safety razor and shaving soap and brush instead of the can of foaming goo. Just got my first straight razor from Larry at Whipped Dog. Nice guy, by the way. I figured for the price I couldn't go wrong. Got the Poor Man's Strop Kit as well


Here she is. I don't know much about them, so if anyone can offer insight into this razor, it'd be appreciated.
