These are the first two that started me off! I got them from my Great Uncle's house after he passed away; the Gottlieb Hammesfahr (black handle) had a nick in the edge and the Magnetosteel had a crack near the toe. I did some research and learned how to remove the chip, so I worked on that first. Also got a Richmond 6/8 SR from chefknivestogo, but the steel seems too soft and the fine edge crumbles away. Too bad because I liked the size of the blade! Oh well, at least it was cheap! I also fixed the toe of the magnetosteel by grinding is back. Both have been used to shave with and can now tree top arm hairs after a few honing attempts!!


Then I went on EBAY and found 2 from Cedrick Smythe! First is a Landers, Frary and Clark:



2nd is a Findlay Roberts near wedge:



Going to rehandle the Findlay, debating what materials to use currently.
