No-Name razor ID help, please

This little razor just arrived in the mail, and I'm wondering if anyone has any idea of its origins.

The blade measures 21/32", but I guess that's 5/8", nominally. The only markings are the ones visible on the blade's show face. There are jimps on the underside of the tang, and they're kind of odd: they're rather crude, and extend back onto a rather abrupt transition into the tail. There's also a tiny notch above the heel...it appears to be original to the blade. The scales are Bakelite, or some similar material. It arrived wicked sharp.
