Jaime, my friend, your new razor looks delicious, and it is worthy of the gentleman that you are. As for the difference in carbon and stainless steel razors, I hone them the same way and shave with them the same way — and love both. The only Henckels Friodur I have left these days is my 6/8 round point stainless steel, and I use it for travel — and it's a sweet shaver.

Very nice pair you have there Magnus, I've owned quite a few henckels but I've been searching for a carbon steel big 17 for ages.
