M J Higgins shefield
Found this higgins razor at an antique store today. I know it has more spine wear than most people like but since it's a near wedge (correct me if i'm wrong please) i thought it would be a little more acceptable. i've been looking for another wedgy shefield and knew if i passed it up i'd regret it. wasn't the best deal but got it any way.

Definitely a wedge. I like it. Sometimes "wasn't the best deal" is better than 'the best deal' after the prices are forgotten and you're left with the goods. Ought to clean up nice. I'd tape the spine to hone it further if twas mine.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Got several in similar condition. They shave great once you get them tuned up.
