    Thought I would share some of my finds for the month of June with you fine folks. Here we go.

    11/16" Cattataugus Cutlery Co with the green lizard scales
    5/8" Breidora Panter De Luxe. Quite a bit of use, but I really like the scales and deep bladae etch
    6/8" mP(B)erkeo 139 Warranted Hollow Ground Germany

    5/8" Double Duck Satinedge. Show sign of scale rot on back, going to pop the inlays and try my hand at transferring them. Got to find some worthy scale material first.
    6/8" W.M. Elliot and Co.
    5/8" Hibbard Spencen Bartlett and Co.

    Only one I paid more than $30 for was the D.D. so feeling pretty good My clean and restore que is getting longer and longer

    I cant get one finished lately. Let alone all these. Good luck. Looking forward to seeing the finished products. Hate that the duck is rotting. Always like those scales. As far as material I am sure 10pups can point you in the right direction.

    The blade on the "Duck" looks to far gone to salvage. Nice haul tho.

    I had an Otto Deutsch that looked like that and it fell apart to dust. Boy was I disappointed.

    I believe so. Am tying to decide what o rescale it in. 10pups has done some beautiful rescales in different colors of clear acrylic... was thinking of maybe a deep blue to make the inlays pop. I like the color combo of blue and gold for dbl ducks.

    I agree with Chevhead, a Duck is always worth the extra time and sweat,
    especially a nice full blade like this one....
