Nice job on the scales. What grit paper for doing such a job ? Anything beyond the sanding ? Inquiring minds and all that.

Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

I wonder if that is the same seller I have been watching? I have been half tempted to pick up 3 or 5 of those but the price he is asking they had better be perfect.

The scales had alot damage in color from laying in the sun. So i had to sand them down to get to the right color. And the silver inlays where green . I went from 600 grit up to 12k by hand, finish with autosol on a rag to bring up a nice shine.

I perfer to do some work aswell. Almost impossible to buy razors that dosent need any work for a good price.
I always say if your not ready to do the dirt job yourself then you can pay up and shut up

Nice find. I like Henckels razors a lot. I also really like my 17. I also really like pairs. I also really like great deals. I think you can see where I'm going.
