    Default Wade & Butcher shortie

Just wanted to share this Wade & Butcher shortened razor I finished recently.
It started life in full size form, but due to a mishap had a crack in the blade edge near the heel
So after much reading and discussion with other members it was decided to try making it a shortie
It is dressed in patterned blue acrylic scales, blade edge measures just over 2 1/16" and is just under 6/8" wide
It took an edge surprisingly well - only honed to 8K Naniwa level
The result looks like it will be a working shaver
Shave test tomorrow morning will be interesting to say the least.

Gave this razor a shave test this morning and I am quite impressed with the performance.
I got lucky with this blade for sure
