Another clean up, Old 18k gold looks different than the bright yellow we see today. What do you say?

Looks to be a good job of the clean up. Yea, working with gold on a razor is a little unnerving. Another good razor for your rotation.

Excellent clean up buddy ! Keep your eyes out for other SRD shave gear and make up a cool set. I know there are barbers hones you can find fairly cheap once in awhile. I am sure I have seen brushes and strops too. I forget what SRD stands for but they were a very popular supplier back in the day. That is a cherry razor :<0)

I love SRD razors. I think the are one of the few bargains left, however they are not seen for sale as often as they used to be. That looks like a fine example and I can't believe there is so much gold left on it. You will like the shaves, they just don't get any better.

    P.S.

    S. R. Droescher, was the dude that owed the company. the first name I have seen but mess it up every time, I have never seen his second name.
