The scales definitely aren't original, but look very old and nicely made.
The razor is, IMHO, from 1815-1825, give or take

I saw that Phrank & almost bought it. It was $100 BIN. I waited & took my chances on a Wm Greaves & Sons & won it for $53.99, just pennies more than the bidder below me. Check it out, eBay item #311054821551. It has a spot I'll have to remove from the blade but so what. It has a great smile to it!
