    Really nice !

Would you like that this thread become a thread on interesting framebacks ? (Because it would actually deserve a thread).

A friend of mine gave me a really nice one yesterday too

I like the idea. Best to keep it to framebacks probably and not to concave grinds ('faux frameback').

    Here we go !

First interesting I got, Cornu à Troyes, 1820 type french frameback.

Not exactly a frameback, but a shavette, Jeanningros frères, french too, 1850, engraved copper-nickel.

I guess +- 1880 frameback from Jaques Lecoultre au Sentier, swiss one.

    A "seven-day set" Legrand à Paris, 1820 too I guess.

And the last one, a gift from a friend that passed by yesterday : really old one too, I think "Châtellerault", tortoise scales and silver engraved washers.

Oh yes, and this japanese one then :

I'd miss a beautiful english one, like yours, and any unusual ones I can find..
