Thread: W&B FBU and Freddy Reynolds

Found these two today at one of the antique malls I frequent. Top one is a beat up W&B FBU, a little under 8/8, that I should have walked away from, but it was only $60. The other is a real nice 1/2 hollow, 6/8s Freddie Reynolds in leather scales. Hardly any hone wear on on this one. Should be able to get Freddie cleaned and shave ready tonight. Not sure what I'm going to do with the FBU.

Not bad. There is lots of life left on that W&B.

Colin, if your willing to drive to Cambridge with a fist full of..... credit card... southworks antique mall is littered with straight razors right now. I also saw at least 3 Gillette slims, slim adjustable and some fat techs. I can't be buying anymore project razors unless it's on my list of must haves. Anyone in that area should check that place out.

I was there not that long ago. Found some of there pricing out of whack. Im out hunting in Durham region tommorow.

I know exactly what you mean.

There's one vendor there who has a glass display case. They keep it topped up with 7-8 razors consistently.
