$15 display cabinet
Hey guys, I just picked up this oak cabinet for $15! I thought it would look cool hanging in my barber shop with 10-12 razors on display... Maybe a few brushes or mugs?

Thanked: 4826I think that is a great plan and a great deal. I'm not sure you can replace the glass in the door for that much money.

I bought it from a good ol PA Dutch farm boy. He said he put a little work into it and was happy to make a few bucks. I didn't argue. We talked a minute about the ambition and ingenuity of the people in our region. Good stuff.

Cabinet Face lift
Each shelf had a face board that was an eighth inch taller than the shelf itself. It blocked the complete view of the razor and scales displayed so I replaced the face boards with more narrow, decretive moulding. Imagine pic2 upright.

Thanked: 25Excellent choice of molding. Adds class and style.
Looks way better than the plain strips.
Any plans for how the razors will be displayed?
