DennisBarberShop, the Universe has a way of reminding us that in joy is sorrow, in adversity is success and that life is a cycle. Roofs can be fixed, heaters replaced, cars can be repaired. May the Universe give your mother ease and help you to remember the good memories.

And darn man! Do you live on a magnetic fault that attracts razors. I can just see it: Man driving by, out of the blue his mind says, "I better run home and unearth those old razors my three times removed grandfather left us. I have no need for them and I now know where they should be." He will do this and then wonder, years from now , "Wha happened?'

It sounds like you were due for a run of good luck ! You may want to run out and get a couple of lottery tickets today.

Awesome razors!!! Wonderful story getting those like that. The barber that owned them appears to have been a good caretaker with great taste.

    Enjoy!

My refrigerator went out so I bought a used one but it quit so I got screwed out of that money. I should have just spent it in more razors because I think I fixed my fridge myself. The fridge side quit working while the freezer never quit so I knew the compressor was good. That's all the knowledge I have on refrigerators & ac's. Then I noticed a panel up higher so I took it off & it had a transistorized electronic circuit board in there. I found one on the bay & won it for $21 plus $6 & some change for expedited shipping. It has been working ever since........................keeping my fingers crossed because it did it, then started working again so it was intermittent. Then since being on disability, I was late on a payment for my power bill & they cut off my monthly average billing & I had the highest bill I have ever had in 7 years of living here, over $800 for September & October!!!!! They're a bunch of assholes & won't work with ya. I was in a hospital bed last year in August from an accident on my Harley & my dog was here in the house because he stays inside for protection & my lights were due to be shut off & they didn't even care I was laid up in the hospital! I was lucky to have a friend come by & feed my dog & let him out everyday. I got the bill paid by my sister while I was laid up so they wouldn't turn my power off!
