    Now all you need to do is match the paint in the scale etching & paint over it, then sand it down with some very fine sandpaper! It would look like a new razor!

    Nice work ed, its come up looking very good. I like this sort of restore.
    how big is it, looks about 7/8 or so.
    I got loaned a pipe a while back, it was a nice shave.

    It's what the razor wanted if you know what I mean.
    Nothing EXTRAVAGANT just a nice mild refresh/restore.

    It is a 6/8
    I will shave with it tomorrow.
    From the little touch ups I have been doing it "SHOULD" shave pretty nicely!

    We will see....

    To my mind that is what a restore is. Still original/ period, just new looking.
