    Well, I got it today! It's a gorgeous straight! I can't wait to give it a try.

    He really knew how to shop for quality blades. Wait a second, that is an actual Carl Monkhouse not a PJM C-Mon razor. I don't know that I noticed one of those before. I understand that Carl Monkhouse sold the C-Mon name to PJM, and PJM was an importer for the most part, although in the later years did have a manufacturing facility in New York. Interesting.

    I've got a C-Mon Hand Made with hammered tang, reads Carl Monkhouse on back of tang. Picked it up cheap because scales were shot so I made a set out of African Padauk.....great shaver!
