    Talking Few bucks in Arequipa, Peru and...

    ... I have in hands something that will require lots of elbow grease just to be usable again. Gentlemen, I am pretty used to handle Solingen and Swedish hollows, and I am surprised with the huge amount of steel it is! Beeefy! I always wondered how could a lead wedge help to imbalance a razor blade... well... living and learning. This thing is made like a rail.
    Now I have to think on how to make this thing shave happily again without messing with the amazing engravings and removing just enough steel to make it a shaver again. The scales are in great shape, and the patina is awesome.

    You ,right get with Glen gssixgun to see what he has to say about it. It couldn't hurt to ask. He might be able to help you out & get that one back to being a great shaver again w/o compromising the etching. He has done some amazing work in the past.
