400 grit wet and dry sheets from Wilkos in the UK!
Flattening the rough side of my c12k, I pick up the stone from the sheet of wet and dry and find this below... I apologise if I have chosen the wrong forum for this but it seemed most suitable and it certainly cheered me up.

Use more water to clear the slurry out of the way faster.
