Default James Barlow & Sons Echo

I have been gone most of the day but when I got home this was waiting for me. It is a James Barlow & Sons Echo with a 7/8 blade, a pretty nice wedge w/o any rust or pitting. It is ok except for the fact that someone made grooves in it on the wedge end to tie string or something around it at one time or another. It does have a piece of scale broken off of it but I think it is because of someone putting the grooves in it! I guess I have my work cut out for me. I'll either make new scales for it or find some old ones to replace them with. It'll look much better after I'm done with it!
