    Not necessarily - there are examples of razors from pre-1810 that have more curvature than many razors 1820s-40s, it's only a rough guide. Besides the curvature, the pins on this set and the specific shape of them gives them away as more modern.

    Edit: to avoid confusion, the scales from OP are period, scales from the second razor posted are modern.
