ive been thinking about that since the razor touched my hands a couple weeks ago !! each side of the scales has numerous marks of names or numbers ( cant make any of them out ) that I would bet are from different times of this razors life , in a more modern razor when I see names in horn or such I scratch my head and ask why even though I know to many it is a tool , but this one I haven't questioned or even thought about why as it adds so much character to it all !!!

Congrats my Greave's friend. I love shaving with old relics like that! You don't know who used it that long ago & even if they weren't well known, it would be nice to talk to them today about the times!!!
