Duck Shrinkage!
Guy said it was left out in the sun and scales do not let blade close now.
I have not seen one shrink so bad:
Good thing I have a donor set ready to go:
Or should this be the start of my 2nd 7 day set in ebony?

i got a razor of the bay (not a dubl duck) with shrunken scales, not quite as bad but with the tip half way into the wedge. wandered what would make it do that. i say use the donor scales unless you don't want to worry about cell rot. then go for the ebony.

Never new that the cell scales could or would shrink.
Definitely looks like the starter of a new 7 day set in something.Last edited by Substance; 01-18-2015 at 12:01 AM.

Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

Tonto say Kemosabe busted pivot tip of razor. Cut off and redone, no close/ no problem. cell rot!
Go to town now."Don't be stubborn. You are missing out."

Tonto make astute observation. Since bottom razor have blade chopped off, why not put top blade in bottom scale?
Sometime Tonto real smart.
Go to town do that!"Don't be stubborn. You are missing out."
I rest my case.

Oh, the horrific things I've seen celluloid do.
Tomorrow, when the sun's out, I'll try and get some pictures.
