Whoa Phrank nice score. Yes in todays vernacular I like to refer to it as refurbishing and saving the past for the future. Examples like those may have me learning to translate with Google in the future.

I can't turn up anything on that crown mark. It's definitely not a Sheffield blade. My intuition is that it's from outside the typical cutlery solar-system. Maybe Hungarian or Belgian.
