Thread: my new fili

I had no intentions of winning this little guy, but no one outbid me. I thought for sure I had made a mistake, but I was really lucky. There is some tarnish and fading of the etchings on the spine, but I'm almost positive this razor has never been honed. There is no bevel, and no hone wear that I can see. Lucky me!

Yea I have an older JMP doble temple on its way too. My fili collection is steadily growing!

Honing finished, 3 day beard will showdown with this behemoth in the morning. If it doesn't shave as well as I think it should I might send it out for a pro honing.

I thought for sure it would have been double that or more, so I'm sure you can imagine the joy I experienced when I won! I feel it's nos that was stored in less than perfect conditions. Shave test today!
