    All thats missing is a nice brisket and some cool Greaves stuff instead of a Lipshaw Autopsy Knife!

    we used to have a pig roast at my buddies every year .. we always had left overs !! on year we spent the same (or less) on a few briskets from a place up here called restaurant depo !! he cooks them in a smoker after injecting them and doing what ever else he does !! never left overs and we no sooner get them out of the trays of juice when ppl start tearing them up !! best briskets I have ever eaten in my life !!!

    your gonna make me unveil my other toy that's in the mail , and I hate doing that as I feel it jinxes me and it is gonna get lost before it gets here ..lol

    Best of luck with it. This big beast is SO much fun to slice with. As it comes to brisket, a drawing stroke works best.
    Bigger, the better! I have a short Swaty in the wooden box to rub on them!

    this is the W&B set I have .. I need to take it in , I can maintain a knife edge but once there gone I cant get them back ..lol.. ( forgive me Mr.Greaves for I have sinned !by merging these images into this thread !)

    a much larger knife , but the sharpening rod that came with it for some reason really works well and is used almost daily ...
