Thanks everyone, and Tom Bruno and Glen will fix me right up. , but it still makes me sick , it was a one of a kind and Bruno had so much fun with it , I felt as bad for him and Glen as I did for myself , there was a lot of trial and many hours getting to the final solution fir an old biker like me to have something no one else has,. Oh well as we speak I have commissioned a box to fit on the shelf in my safe that will keep them where they belong, and Bill I would just hang it on the wall , but Glen will need these scales back I can't put him thru that again!!! Good move! At least the scales are OK and I am certain Bruno can do another blade. Hang it on a wall somewhere, but not where you can see it everyday!
Me? I usually chuck stuff like that so as to move on from my mistakes. It's in my head, don't want physical reminders. Otherwise, the wall would be full of my mistakes! Just me!Last edited by sharptonn; 02-08-2015 at 02:44 AM.

Things happen that we don't want to happen. I know that was a very special razor to you. I'm just glad some idiot on a cell phone or drunk didn't make you go down on your scooter & kill you. It's usually the drunks that survive when they kill others. I'm glad that you're still here with us. You will get another blade from Bruno & hopefully the same scales can be used. I know it won't be the same one but you will get another one, hopefully better. Just keep the faith, there will be better days!

Thanked: 220Wow. I send my condolences. I can't imagine how mad I'd be if that happened to me.

Thanked: 1184That 1 you will remember. Heck, I will remember. I suggest a box in the safe to put razors in but I am sure you won't let this happen again.
Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.
