Well, the wait was worth it! I finally got my Filly Birnando promised me!
Well, the wait was worth it! I finally got my Filly Birnando promised me! If some of you folks know about the thread awhile back:
"Evidence of Filarmonica Manufactured in Solingen?????"
Birnando said how he felt Christmassy & would send me a Filly free of charge.

He made two attempts & his post office sent it back to him but the third attempt made it. He sent me a pm about three weeks ago saying it made it to customs in NY. Then since they had bad weather up there, it was stuck in Garden City, NY for a couple of weeks & I finally got it today.
Thank you very much Birnando, I love it & I'll never get rid of it! It will always be a special piece in my collection. It is the
Filarmonica Especial Para Barbas Duras.
Here it is exactly as I got it today........................
