I too recently restored one of these. All the parts and pieces were something to see.
Mine has the box with the guarantee on it. And mine has the patent dates from Sept, March and June on the shaft fairly clear yet. The scales are a single pin. Shaves nicely.

There is another I have with very much the same mechanism for removing the blades ( and the box has extra blades) called The Universal Safety Razor. Out of Conn. With a patent of Feb. 11 1908.
Neat piece.
Just doesn't have the safety bar.
I've also yet to find a safety bar for a Genco razor I have that was once fitted with one as well.
Fascinating razors.

Here is the Universal. You can see how the mechanism for the blade release is similar to the Curleys.
It also has a comb like the one you have pictured

Hey Steve, Hone up the Curley and enjoy it. My new one shaves a treat and took little work to hone.

And, if any of you have guide for the SafeEdge I would like to trade. The razor itself shaves very well.
Thanks to you, I now know what to look for!Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.
