Default Just got back from the antique mall...

I am out of town working, and stopped randomly at an antique mall I saw while driving through town. IMHO, I found two gems, and a couple useful items. The third photo is two empty boxes, for storage use, and cheap blade for practicing honing. What do you all think?

Don't have much experiance with antique malls (yet) but to my eye you did well. All I have found is chipped up rusted razors for sale at high prices.

If you got a good price than you did good. Like the post above says, most of the antique malls I have scoured have high-priced rusty junk. However, once I went to an antique mall and buried in the corner of a locked display case was a big 1 gallon ziplock bag full of razors. About 20 razors in all, half were junk half were gems, got em' for dirt cheap. Most of the time when I go to these places my eyeballs hurt from the looking so hard. Often the gems are hidden under other junk or piles of randomness. Anitique malls around here also seem to get hit pretty hard so anything good doesn't last unless it is hidden or out of plain view.

Happy Hunting and have fun with your new toys!
