I just tried the Filarmonica and it pops has already. I'm going to finish it on this stone and see what kind of shave I get. I'm going to hold off though and read up on cotis and techniques and stuff before I start honing though.

The filly looks mint and may be a factory edge. The coti may need lapping, so I would be a bit wary of trying to finish an edge on it just yet, especially the filly.
