My Tamahagane Japanese Import
I have collected my new Tamahagane Kamisori today.
It isn't shave ready but not very far away I think. I cant wait to hone it and use it!

It was a great shave, I must admit I struggle with the techniques of shaving with the one side of the razor but practice makes perfect

Nice Kamisori. I've been interested in trying one of these myself. Just haven't seen one in my price range.
Are you going to wrap the handle or make some sort of scales for it?

I was planning on wrapping the handle, I really like the nimble, precise feel of it in my hand
