Yep, you've got RAD as bad as I do but I have slacked of a little lately but that is because I picked up another addicting & expensive hobby.

I usealy don't shave every day but have this week to ck the 4/8 stainless razor. after re-honing it and looking at the edge under magnification of sort then going back to the 20K to remove the scratches it did shave much better. in stead of the 5-10 passes on the 20 I did about 40. I know that sound very excessive but it seems to have worked. I stropped about 100 laps before shaving also. Now the shave was not as good as the 17 Henckel or the 7/8 Tuckmar but it was ok with little to no pull. I found that the angle to the face had to be almost none. blade almost laying flat against the face. I made 3 passes with against and across the grain. Who know I might get to like the thing.
