Montgomery Wards
I've had this one for qite a long time now & just happened to come across it & I thought I would show it. It has a big smile to it so once honed, it should be a good shaver. I don't know any other history on it.................who mad them for Montgomery Wards so any info would be greatly appreciated. I looked it up in one of my references & it was most likely made by Lakeside Cutlery. They were made between 1920-1930 In Chicago, Illinois.

An awesome looking blade.
I've seen flat spots at the pins before. Always figured it had been repinned with the same pins. Or, they could have been made that way.
Anyone know for sure?If you don't care where you are, you are not lost.

Good eye Dave. Even I didn't notice that but after looking at it again, it appears someone has repined it & very badly too. As I mentioned in the past, I need to get a new eye exam as soon as my Medicare kicks in next month! I already know my eyesight has changed again & that I need new prescription lenses. My compliments my friend! I will of course fix that one day!
