Default Was Going Through My Straights & Found This...............

Was going through my straights & found this Geneva smiling up at me.....................
I tried to get a pic of the maker but it was too hard to. It is acid etched. I found it in a leather pouch under some other things. I've had it quite some time. I remember buying a lot of 4-5 straights from someone who knew little about them & pretty much stole 'em.

Always great to find some lost and forgotten "treasure" hiding away somewhere at home....

    Very nice razor!

I don't have that problem of having razors being in different spots..... I don't have that many ......... YET!!
Is it over there or over yonder?

Thanks Willis. That's my problem. I have some in a couple different areas but most are in one spot & I've been going through them & lubing them.

You should hone and shave with it, that smile is hard to beat. I have a shumate tungsteel which is very similar, one of my favourite razors.

Willis, the Tuf-Glide is some good stuff. There's another one out there that others use called Eezox but I never had a chance to try that one yet. The Tuf-Glide works well for me & was endorsed by our military but they changed their page when I just went to it. I guess it ended up being a personal preference thing.

Yeah, that's who it was, The Navy Seals. They don't mention it anymore on their page unless it is moved to another page on their site! I love it.

    Nice one tintin!!!!!
