    Jesus Christ, that thing is gorgeous and absolutely pristine! I love all of the colorful paint on it.

    Personally, I don't normally love stainless steel razors; I've had some Henckels Friodurs I loved but also some Tennis, Dovo, Breidohr, etc. that just never took a good edge for me. For my money, the most beautiful straight razor I have ever seen is another Wusthof, the 716 Tridente Eleganza.

    I just love the gold etching on the blade, the French ivory scales and covered tang, the bright red and silver inlay. It is also my preferred blade style at 13/16 width, round point, full hollow grind. I got mine NOS with box, didn't even touch it up, just stropped it, and it shaved like a dream, as good as any of my razors.
