Default Most recent finds from the wild

I've been pretty fortunate with my recent hunts. 8/8 W&B FBU wedge , 6/8 full hollow Hartkopf- Kayser Ellison Steel, 6/8 full hollow Dubl Duck Goldedge (ain't she a beauty), 6/8 near wedge W&B with this gorgeous diamond tang and what I think are ivory scales. They are all great but I think this last W&B is really special. I also found this old Sears & Roebuck Craftsman strop in remarkable condition, both the linen and the leather. I've been using it almost exclusively since I got it several weeks ago. It's a damn fine strop.

Love them all! Can't wait to see the first restored with scales. The strop is fantastic.

Thanks. I do plan on having it restored soon. I'm not quite proficient enough to do it myself. The spine on it is beautiful and I would hate myself if I messed it up.

Paid a fair price and am satisfied.Cleaned quickly and the 6/8ths passed HHT 3 after twenty laps on a dry Thuringian. 40 linen, 50 Horse Butt. I was fortunate!

They're still out there in drawers of an old house, possibly of a man who has passed on & his wife has left everything untouched or the home of relatives that have done the same.

The strop is quite the find! It's hard to believe it's in that good of shape.
