Thread: 3 new razors

Hiya fellas,

A few new razors added to the collection, gonna give 'em a cleaning, hone 'em up and they're good to go

1. Areuka, CH Eugen Müller - Solingen-Wald / French point, decorated spine
2. CH. Suy Louvain - Garanti 468 / Chinese head logo
3. Mandarin Solingen, Prima / no scales / Chinese head logo

For me this was a really nice find, because of the following reason:

I inherited 2 razors given to me by my grandparents, they belonged to my great-grandfather.
They were both stamped CH Suy Louvain, followed by Garanti and a number. Both had the Chinese head logo.

Louvain is a town not far away from here and Suy is the store, which is still there. They imported razors and stamped it with their info, is my guess.
After some research, I found that Goedecke, Solingen, had a brand name called Mandarin and also features a chinese head logo, so there might be a relation there.

Anyway, one of the razors I inherited and the one I recently found have the same Garanti 468 number, so I found a duplicate of my GGF's razor.
Pretty awesome for me personally.
