    Got this WB from eBay for a pittance. The scales didn't fit the blade; the toe squeezed in between the wedge and the scales (disregard the Henkels below it):

    Shave was great, as expected. The wedge was an interesting experience...none of that sandpapery sound as it cut hair...it just sliced through silently. I suppose that's typical with so much mass in the wedge...hair isn't going to be enough to make it ring.

    Max fixed my grandfather's razor that goes back to the 1830's. He does amazing work.
