    The other thing is you can save them for later. Early on I replaced several sets of scales that I went back later and repair, because I had learned how. Typically unless they are broken I do not throw any of my part away. Get a pin vice and a split point bit and you will be able to more easily save all of the old collars too. The new washers just don't look the same.
