    Default Hoffritz

    Being a sucker for interesting shave items I got this Hoffritz travel DE kit today.

    How long is "what" ? If you mean the assembled handle, 2.62 inches/66.5 mm. Head and assembled handle 2.81 inches/77.4 mm.

    That's beautiful! I love the ingenuity needed to take a product to "travel size". Very cool!

    Nice, I dont care for open comb razors (I just dont get a comfey shave, but they do look great imho) but I have had one of those before, and I felt it was a very well made item that felt very nice in the hand especially for a travel razor, a real quality item, congrats

    Thanks and yes I'd agree that It is a well made razor. The fit and finish especially on the head is excellent. Goes to show too that everyone is different. I like OCs generally and get comfortable shaves with most of them. I also like that they are virtually clog proof.

    I also had a mint Hofritz slant but didnt get on with that lol, again a very well made razor, my DE's of choice are British TV superspeed or a Fatboy, that said for the last year I have only used a straight razor.

    Nice, I've got the slant version with the metal pebble case, and with the leather folding case. Good shavers.

    Found the pix of the two Merkur slant versions ;
