A little sanding and a quick polish and hoping for the best. The scales are cradled so I have to make some.

Well here she is all cleaned up and with a new set of shoes on her.
The original scales cracked and split when I took them off.
The horn scales I made are EXACT copies.
Original lead wedge, close as possible to washers on the pins and NiAg pins.
I FINALLY got 1 good pic:
