    Well, I have 3 sets of Whiting silver scales, all bought from US sellers. We MAY conclude it is possible that the blades were shipped to the US where the scales were installed and sold by Whiting.

    Or..........it could be the other way around & some of the Whiting scales may have been imported to other countries to use on their blades.
